Kaleidoscope Dreamscapes LLC ("Kaleidoscope Dreamscapes," "I," "we") runs kaleidoscopedreamscapes.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, project details, photos of your space and anything else you share through our contact form, booking pages, email signup or messages.
• Booking and payment information: appointments are scheduled through Squarespace Scheduling (Acuity). Payments are processed by our payment providers, such as Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• Information collected automatically: like most websites, we and our partners collect device and usage information (pages visited, browser type, approximate location, referring site) using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To provide the services you book, including designs, consultations, installs and festival planning
• To send the free guides you request and, if you sign up, our email newsletter
• To answer your questions and send booking confirmations, reminders and invoices
• To understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our advertising
• To comply with legal obligations

Email marketing

When you sign up for a free guide or our newsletter, we store your email with our email provider (MailerLite) and send you occasional emails about festivals, design and our services. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out anytime.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Squarespace analytics and may use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure visits and ad results and to show our ads to people who have visited the site. You can control cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

Some links on this site, including on Shop My House and Shop My Looks, are affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. We also participate in other affiliate programs, such as Etsy through Rakuten Advertising. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (website hosting, scheduling, payments, email, analytics and advertising), when required by law, or with your permission.

Photos of your space

Photos you send us are used to create your design. We only feature your space or photos publicly (for example, before/after posts) with your permission.

Data retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No online service is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing emails. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. Email us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
